By accessing or using CORR applications ("CORR Spend," "CORR Client," "CORR Flow") and the website corrapp.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. CORR is a subscription-based software service providing financial management, client scheduling, and cash flow tools for service professionals.
Accounts: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use CORR.
Subscriptions & Billing: CORR offers monthly subscription plans (Starter $1.99/mo, Pro $3.99/mo, Premium $7.99/mo, Business $19.99/mo). CORR Spend Starter is free. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account. Prices may increase by a maximum of 4% per year with 30 days advance notice.
Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you enter into CORR. We do not sell your data. We do not display ads. Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use CORR for any illegal purpose, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse engineer the software.
Limitation of Liability: CORR is provided "as is." We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on data in the app. CORR is a tracking and organizational tool, not financial advice.

Information We Collect: We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We collect the data you voluntarily enter into the apps (income, expenses, client information, appointments). We collect basic usage analytics to improve the service.
How We Use Your Data: To provide and operate the CORR service, to process payments through Stripe, and to send important service updates. We never sell your personal data. We never display advertisements.
Data Storage: Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest.
Third Parties: We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles your payment information according to their privacy policy. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@corrapp.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with CORR for any reason, contact us at hello@corrapp.com within 14 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Downgrade: You can downgrade to a lower tier or the free Starter plan at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
